I guess I'm in the minority of people who would not watch this, yet would participate in it.

I find that strange, as the show seems much more fun to participate in than to watch.

There are some things that just wouldn't work in our culture as well as it would in Japanese culture. This will probably turn into a pile of lawsuits and a reality television show.

As long as they keep in the hard to reach poses, aka having to float in the air for a few seconds while the thing comes at you, I will most likely watch a few times.

There's a lot of people saying they wouldn't actually watch--now, maybe it's just because it's in Japanese and eccentric (as all Japanese game shows tend to be,) but watching clips from the original Japanese version of this show tends to be quite entertaining. It's not something I could sit and watch for a half-hour, probably. But for a few minutes, it's good fun. Certainly better than "MY DAD IS BETTER THAN YOUR DAD, LOLORZ."

Is that all there is to the show?

I feel like it needs to be a sort of "Double Dare" type idea.  Where you answer questions and that's the final round...or something.

I feel this would have been beter as a contest as an old school Nickeloden gameshow.
