Title: Braid: "A Lesson Is Learned" Illustrator Making Xbox 360 Game
Post by: Neuvost on 06 Mar 2008, 01:37
I don't know about y'all, but I start fanboying the second I even think about "A Lesson Is Learned But the Damage Is Irreversible." It's been on sabbatical for almost three years now (wow, that long?!). Dave Hellman, the illustrator has been doing the art design for a crazy looking Xbox 360 arcade game called Braid.

If this isn't beautiful, then I don't know what is. (http://www.davidhellman.net/braid.htm)

I'm excited.

I saw the word Braid in the title and got really excited thinking it was about the band Braid like "WOO Bob Nanna WOO!"

Ah well.  Carry on.

Dude.
I mean, dude.
This is quite awesome.  Shame it will probably be X-box only.

A sprite-based game?

On the X-Box?

Anyone else predicting abysmally low sales?  Don't get me wrong.  It looks wonderful and I'd pick it up in a heartbeat but the X-Box crowd doesn't strike me as the type that'd really care about it.
