Anyone familiar with Derrick Comedy (http://derrickcomedy.com), the internet comedy group?
Well, they're coming out with a full-length movie, Mystery Team (http://spikedhumor.com/articles/164966/Mystery-Team-Trailer.html).
If you haven't seen their skits, I highly recommend checking those out too.

They got my favorite bro from the Bro Rape skit (that nervous guy with the curly black hair) in it...oh, man. Fuck yes.

Did you know that the black guy (Donald) writes for 30 Rock, and is therefore an Emmy winner? I didn't know that until yesterday.

bumping this two year-old thread because i saw this last week and it's really fun. there's a couple of weaknesses (i.e. i would have liked mikey, the strongest boy in town, to get fleshed out a little more; as the movie went on the nerd became less of a caricature but mikey could have used the same attention that the nerdy dude and donald gover's character got) but on the whole it was a really funny and charming endeavour. there's also a couple of like shockingly violent scenes but they manage to wring laughs out of them – the last violent thing isn't onscreen but it's pretty shocking, and they tie a freakin' callback into it!
anyways. get yr hands on this movie if you can.
