Title: I need help finding a book
Post by: Emaline on 06 Nov 2008, 23:33: It was a book my contemporary literature teacher always tried to get me to read when I was in high school. It was a book of short stories, and then introduction was done by Beck. There was a story in it about a lady bull fighter(which I did read and loved), and then maybe also a story about a girl's diary being all crazy and she wrote stories in it about cheating on her boyfriend and he read them, and got all upset, but they were lies, or something. I don't know. I didn't read that story.

But if you know the name of this book, I will love you forever.

Seriously. I could not remember the name of it at all. Searching Beck Introduction Short Story, and the like brought me no results. Thank you sooooo much!

Post by: Emaline on 06 Nov 2008, 23:55: I am really thinking about blowing everyone off this year and just buying books for myself. Books by the boat load. There are so many things I want to read. It is pretty much impossible for me to leave the book store without buying at least three books. So, I will attempt to buy this one soon, and the rest are definitely going on my list.
