Normally I wouldn't point out something like this - it's rather immature.
Still, I feel compelled to comment on the fact that it looks distinctly like Penelope got sharked in the boob:

Just a trick of perspective, Pen-pen's boob is actually several feet behind Dora's hand.

Kanchos are king of inappropriate poking let me tell you and Japanese school children are the masters of this art.
Heck it's even seen in their popular TV anime series, Naruto!
Sharking seems to be just poking with thumb up to signify a fin, and the dun-dun-duh a verbal cue to clue in victim that a ticklin' or a goosin' is a comin'. But w/a Killer Kancho, you'll never see it coming...they aim for the crease in back...BEWARE!

You've missed the point. Sharking, as Dora describes it, is when a man cuddles up to you, thereby pressing his erect penis into your side. The poking with fingers thing is just Dora demonstrating the physical experience of being sharked.
