Texts from Last Night.com (http://www.textsfromlastnight.com). It's like FMyLife, but better.

http://bikesnobnyc.blogspot.com/ (http://bikesnobnyc.blogspot.com/) - probably my favorite blog ever, and the only one I read regularly. Absolutely hilarious commentary on all things related to bikes and bike culture. Even if you're not interested in cycling, his sense of humor is still accessible. You can start with any of them, but he often references to previous entries, so if you like what you read you should start from the beginning.

Who needs bookmarks to discover new stuff when you can use StumbleUpon (http://www.stumbleupon.com/)?
I haven't used it in a while, but it basically just stumbles you through various, usually interesting, websites. It can turn into a major time waster along the lines of Wiki-jumping and would probably suit your situation well.

Can't let you be all cooped up without knowing about the goodness that is FARK (http://www.fark.com). It's the only site other than this forum that I'm an active poster on, and it never fails to provide endless entertainment.

This list (http://home.comcast.net/~SupportCd/XPGames.html) of freeware games has saved me from boredom a lot of times.
-
Digg's good for the recent pages that have yet to aggregate into StumbleUpon's good graces.

Harlan J. Berk (Ancient coins and artifacts) (http://harlanjberk.com)
Roguesci.org, fun site to look through if you're interested in energetics (much better than the cheesy layout would suggest). Forum is informative if you can stand the people... (http://roguesci.org)
The Onion. (http://theonion.com)
Surplus science equipment and lots of neat things, fun site! (http://sciplus.com)
Mountain Home Biological, science supply store (http://pelletlab.com)
South Park Studios, streaming! (http://southparkstudios.com)

United Nuclear, really a wonderful site that I cannot support enough (http://unitednuclear.com/)
Kiva, found this on the fora. The lazy way of feeling like you're doing something nice (http://kiva.org)
Instant Chess, basically self-explanatory and a nice website (http://instantchess.com)
