You know, for a while now I've been thinking of ripping QC off my little bookmarks bar so that I don't spend another 30 seconds of my life groaning at how painfully unfunny, obnoxious, and two dimensional the characters have become. Thanks to your little tweet a few minutes ago, thoroughly insulting what apparently are "dickhead" conservative sensibilities (there's irony in there somewhere, Jeph) due to one disgruntled fan, I finally have a good, solid reason to never read this comic again. I mean, as much as I love having sweeping generalizations made about my beliefs, I feel like I'd be a total jackass to continue wasting time on the site of someone who feels they're superior to me due to their pseudo intellectual liberal sensibilities.
Good luck, pal. I sure hope that one day you can restore this comic to half of what it was when you began writing it.

Don't like it? Don't read it. It's really that simple. Don't like Jeph? Don't give him your time or attention. If it one day offended me, I'd probably write him an email and coherently express my issue. Then I wouldn't worry about it.

I see reading comprehension is just far beyond your capabilities, so I'm going to give you the cliff notes here, since you obviously can't be bothered to try and read through something before you start pounding your face inanely against your keyboard.
-I don't give a crap what political nonsense is in the comic, and I'm quite used to webcomics having a liberal slant. This has never turned me away from reading one.
-My beef is with Jeph more or less flat out insulting my beliefs with his little tweet comment from the other day regarding conservatives. I am tired of so called liberals telling me that I'm a dickhead or a jackass or any other set of choice terms despite the fact that I have never before in my life imposed my political beliefs on anyone else, or told another person they were lesser than me for having a different point of view.
-I don't care about making other people "dislike" the comic. That really is not my concern. To be honest, I was hoping that Jeph would see that, just MAYBE, he shouldn't go out of his way to blatantly insult people who have otherwise been loyal fans for a number of years because of one jerky person.
-Clearly he's just too cool for school to give a shit about the fact that he's insulted a chunk of his fanbase, so fuck it. Politeness is out the window. Good luck with your steadily declining comic, buddy.

For future reference, this would've been much better handled as a private email to Jeph. Just between you and me, Jeph loves it when people email him their complaint and criticisms. Loves it. He prints out all the emails and stitches them together into a great big blanket: the hatred emanating off them all keeps him warm on those long winter nights.
