Who's got new bunnies? Rawr's got new bunnies.
Their names are Cocoa Puff and Cinnabun Toast Crunch.
WHAT, MOTHERFUCKERS. NOBODY IS AS BLESSED AS ME.
Discuss: how goddamn cute those fuzzy little cunts are, how everfucking high I am right now.
-
Those are some incredibly, awesomely cute bunnies. And judging from your post I'd say you're not high enough, it makes quite a lot of sense.

• 1 rabbit
• 2 hard boiled eggs
• 2 tablespoonfuls of butter
• 1 teaspoonful of kitchen bouquet
• 1 level teaspoonful of salt
• 2 quarts of boiling water
• 1/2 a lemon
• 2 tablespoonfuls of chopped onion
• 1 saltspoonful of celery seed or a few celery tops
• 1 saltspoonful of pepper
• A bay leaf
Skin, clean and singe a good-sized rabbit; cut off the hind quarters and the shoulders, and divide the remaining part into three pieces.
Put the butter into a saucepan; add the onion, stir until a golden brown, being careful not to brown the butter.
Roll each piece of the rabbit in flour; drop it into the butter, shake until a golden brown, again being careful not to brown the butter; now add the bay leaf, celery seed and water; bring to boiling point, and skim; draw to one side and simmer gently for one hour; add the salt and pepper.
Take out the rabbit; remove the meat; cut it into pieces.
Strain the soup; return it to the soup kettle; add the meat, a teaspoonful of kitchen bou-quet, and, if you have it, a teaspoonful of mushroom catsup.
Put into the tureen the eggs and lemon cut into thin slices, pour over the soup, and serve at once.

You know, I'm having a very hard time choosing between your two recipes. A baby would be quite easy to find, but a rabbit might taste better...hmmm...
-
I'd definitely go with the baby. They're much more succulent than any rabbit, believe you me.

Bunnies!
I don't know how old your bunnies are (from ear / body size ratio, I'm guessing 4 or 5 months or something, maybe?), but once they're over seven months, you want to start cutting down the amount of pellets you're giving them (source and more info (http://www.rabbit.org/faq/sections/diet.html)). Rabbit pellets are pretty high in sugar, due to their molasses content, and they quickly add up to too many calories for buns. Same thing with fruit & carrots.
P.S. I like their names a lot.
-
Don't listen to Elizzybeth. You want to feed them as much as possible so their meat is nice and tasty. Skinny rabbits make for a bad stew.
-
You can feed a bigger party with puppies.
-
But it takes longer to grow them big enough!
Also, them beeing carnivores, their meat is all sinewy and ew. All that running is bad for meat!
-
Were the bunnies ok?
What did you end up doing with them?
-
Bunnies make excellent snake food. There's nothing like watching a 12 foot python grub down on one.
-
there are bunnies running all around my barracks area. Ive come to realize rabbits are the squirrels of the desert.
-
The backyard bunnies remind me of my "presents". :(
Rawr those are some cute bunnies with cute bunny names. They look like they will be flufftastic when they're older.
-
There's a ton of these little red-brown rabbits in the woods behind my house:

(Image shamelessly stolen from Wikipedia)
Apparently they're almost endangered species. :( (Even though there's a dozen or so of them bouncing around out there at any given time.)

Who was it that had the "eating hypothetical babies" sig for a while? That was a good sig from a good thread.
-
If you want to see ridiculous amounts of bunnies, go to the University of Victoria. About every year on the news they describe it as an "infestation." Walking from one building to another I probably see about 10-30 of the things.
The best part is that during the spring and summer you see the TINIEST little baby bunnies EVERYWHERE.
The worst part is that you also see tons of bunny roadkill.
-
The hypothetical babies quote was from Tommy but I have no idea where or why.
We had a bunny in our garden for a while last year, I called him Mr Fuzzy McBunnykins and imagined him in a monacle and top hat, but I think he died :(

No dingos and no hunting make bunnies go... horny? :-P
I've heard you have a real problem with rabbits there in Australia. I bet you'd solve it with huge amount of hunting turism. Can you imagine how much meat would you obtain? Yummy!
-
I think bunnies procreate faster than you can shoot them.
-
Horny zombie bunnies that are hungry for human flesh.
-
The horror.
-
OH NO! You have horny zombie bunnies grounded on your backyard! They'll rise some day and kill all... your carrots (just after rape them, of course).

Dead baby bunnies is the Saddest Thing.

Dead baby bunnies is the Saddest Thing.
Roadkill baby bunnies at 8 in the morning when you're going to class is the Saddest Thing. Or seeing a baby bunny get picked up by a bird not three feet away from you....also incredibly sad.
And there are totally people here who hunt the bunnies for food. Three or four of them well get together with blankets, they'll get close to a fat one, throw it over and voila....bunny soup for a few weeks.
I might totally do this but I really cannot stomach eating anything that I've seen alive.
-
my dad has a plant nursery and there are always 109348918 bunnies running around outside.
they are so cute but he shoots them (not in front of me), since they eat his plants ):
fucking deathwish bunnies.

The campground we stayed at the night before going to Cedar Point advertised itself as having a "petting zoo," which turned out to be a little enclosure with some bunnies. There was one that was all white with big black patches around its eyes and some crazy bunny facial hair. (We called it the scene bunny.)
