oh boy oh boy oh boy!

FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!
-
Good.
-
I may not like this as much as their earlier stuff (Goodbye Enemy Airship... , & Yet & Yet). Even if it tanks, I'll still love it to bits regardless of the vocals. It's DMST for crying out loud.
-
Oh yeah...yeah....right there....oh. my. god. OHHHH..FUCK..YESSS YESSSSSS YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!
I need a cigarette.
-
That tracklist is great.
-
brb, changing shorts.
-
Tracklist alone already makes this an 8/10 album at the very least.
Damn excited.
-
Sweet baby jesus, that is the best tracklist ever.
Also, they have one of the songs up on their myspace (http://myspace.com/domakesaythink) page. It's pretty badass.
-
I knew this was coming! So glad it's finally been announced. That song on their myspace is fucking immense. So good!

New song is amazing. Seems like it's been a while since a "only four long songs" post-rock album was any good.
-
Well, it's leaked. What do you guys think of it? I think it's probably one of my favorites thus far. Do you think the slightly lo-fi production is intentional, or a bad leak? The climax of "Do" fucking destroys me like post-rock is supposed to do.
-
I think if it wasn't just an mp3 leak instead of a CD, I would try to have sex with it.
I guess I could try having sex with my computer while the album is playing, but it just wouldn't be the same.
I'm stumped on the production, though. Not bothered by it, no, but stumped as to whether it was intentional or not.
-
I think it's intentional after listening further. Also my headphones weren't on properly, so that was fucking with the sound a bit. It sounds basically the same (production-wise) as You, You're a History in Rust. Except it's about 1000 times fucking better. And I love You, You're a History. So this album is like FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
-
i dont quite know how i feel about this yet. i really love winter hymn... and this is obviously in the direction of you yr a history in rust, which i did not like at much.
i do like it though! i need to listen to it more though.
-
Who has a lossless version

YAY ME!
friggin love DMST

Om Nom Nom Pre-ordered the vinyl today.
-
I'm gonna buy it at one of their shows in November I think. Yay!
-
I just noticed they're playing in Belgium on the 8th of November, and I also realized that I'm going to be in Belgium that weekend.
-
So, I'm not exactly sure how this transpired, but at this moment I am holding in my hands the beautifully decorated vinyl pressing of Other Truths. I pre-ordered it from Constellation about a week ago, and ordered a copy of A Silver Mt. Zion's 13 Blues for Thirteen Moons at the same time. And they shipped them to me at the same time. So now I have a copy of Other Truths 6 days before the official US release date. Obviously it's been leaked for a while, so that may have influenced their decision, but I can't help but feel a little bit cool right now.
EDIT: Holy shit. This is really good.
-
There aren't any dates set for Australia this year, I don't know if I can wait.
-
aw lucky! i was just in dc this weekend so i hit up some record stores and was bummed to find out it wasn't out yet. its cool though, cause i picked up the new vic chesnutt, which is so awesome.
