....Victoria just always knows exactly what to do and it blows my mind. There is no dog she can't fix!  :?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that you're talking about a reality tv show involving a woman who trains dogs.

Don't give her too much credit; most dog-owners suck balls and shouldn't own dogs.  If they all had proper training, she wouldn't encounter a single "or else" pup.
