Where are Tai's tattoos in the latest strip? Does she draw them on with eyeliner every morning?
-
Ahh yes. I think Tai's secretly a Founder.
-
That, or they are only on one arm and coincidentally completely hidden from view by convenient speech bubbles and/or camera angles in each and every panel.
-
Tai is secretly a transforming evil space alien mutant. She simply forgot the tattoos or maybe changed her mind about them. This may also explain the instant breasts.
-
If she shows up with a Weyoun, we'll know.
-
Perhaps he forgot to draw them.

Zombiedude = Occam's Razor
-
I once derailed a thread just by mentioning Occam's Razor. It was beautiful.
-
Everywhere Zombiedude posts, threads are razored beautifully.
And good god, it's been too long since I've seen DS9. I read founder and spent six minutes puzzling over it. Six minutes! Obviously, my Trek tank runnith low. Or I'm detoxing, if I'm to believe Harlan Ellison.

Been staying in the Bajoran Temple have you?

Judging from 789, 814 & 815 Tai's ink is on the outside and elbow of her left arm, which we don't really get to see. Maybe a little of the yellow star (or whatever it is) tatt should be visible in the last panel, but it's hard to be sure. Artistic license.
-
I noticed that too. I think Jeph is just getting tired of this comic. Not that I blame him, it's been a long time.
-
Or just tired of Tai's tattoos. Some people manage that just looking at their own day after day. Maybe in QC-verse, in addition to little, self-aware, talking robots running around and getting up to no good, Hanner's dad also developed the Cleerskin laser. One zap, the ink's gone.
This could be both amazing and hellish for tattoo artists, all at the same time.

Yeah, the sense of ennui and weariness just oozes from this tweet he made this time last week...
Have I mentioned that I love my job? Because I fucking love my job.

Easy tiger, not all of us do the twitter thing. Honestly though, the reason why I wrote that is because of what he wrote at the bottom of this strip: http://questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=1497
-
That was 10 weeks ago. Also, word choice leads me to believe that he meant that specific strip. Not the comic as a whole. Also: twitter sucks.
-
Perhaps we should close this thread with this saying: speculate not on the motivations of webcomic artists, for they can be [see first part of homily].
-
Ahhh! You seek understanding. Then listen to the music, not the song.

Let sleeping lions lie.
(That's another one that's improved.)
