Her friend almost got beheaded, impaled or butchered by sword and she keeps coming back to the same coffee shop. I mean is impossible your friend who you visit on the hospital and talk to her doctor don't tell you a near-death experience. I must deduce the lattes from Coffee of Doom kick ass.
On the other hand that same friend is as scary as an evil genius (except without wheelchair but looks she is on the way to get one).
Edit: Title.
-
Nothing of the sort, she was merely threatened after making an ill-advised comment to the lover of her crush. I'm sure everything worked out fine, and Cosette's a regular customer also.
And I'm sure the Latte's do kick ass...
-
You have your u and o mixed up in customer.
-
Is a costumer someone who makes costumes?
-
Yes, yes he is.
(The costumer also sounds like a bitchin' name for a lame as super-hero)
How many coffee shops are there in QC-town, if CoD is the only one it would go a long way towards explaining how the business is so successful despite their infamous attitude towards customer service.
Who needs service when you sell legal addictive stimulants?
-
There's at least one other, from strip 123.

What is it the youngsters call that place? Lap Park? Lip Pork?
EDIT: LANPark.

Didn't Pintsize destroy that place with his Uber-Laser?
-
He wrecked their cappucino machine and window.
-
Well there you go, no cappuccino machine, no fancy coffee that costs four bucks a pop, no coffee shop.
-
I'm sure they were insured...
aganst acts of Pintsize(?)
-
'The Costumer' also sounds like a bitchin' name for a lame-ass super-hero.
Could not help myself. Besides, Zombiedude started it. Once blood's in the water, the grammar frenzy sets in.
Said hero might be a big hit at certain parties, e.g. the Erotic Exotic Ball.

But how many people would be wearing costumes, let alone any normal clothes, at such a soirée?
-
Thanks for the feed back. Edited.
-
I thought Edna Mode was The Costumer
:D
-
Yes, they carried "robotic annihilation insurance".

That wouldn't stop the Costumer. Besides, any truly great costume is more about the accessories than anything else.
-
Besides, at the E.E.B. costumes are definitely worn. Actual clothing, less so.
-
Yes, yes he is.

I'm sure the Irony Cafe sells coffee...

Coming all the way from San Francisco? Multiple times? For no good reason?
Now that is a loyal customer.

Now that is a loyal customer costumer.
Fixed!
-
Cuming all the way from San Francisco? Multiple times? For no good reason?
Now that is a loyal customer.
Sometimes you really need some coffee.
I am sorta sorry for this stupid comment. Only kinda.
-
You guys are not gonna let me go easy on this one right?

You guys are not gonna let me go easy on this one right?
This is the Internet. NO ONE gets off easy.
-
We only poke fun at those we love.
At least, only the easy targets.
-
NO ONE gets off easy.
Dammit. Must... not... make... stupid... comment... !
-
You know, you really shouldn't hold that in. It's bad for your aneurysm...
-
Go on, drop the shoe already. We need the
fodder content.
'Sides, if I stopped every* time I was going to make a stupid comment, I'd never post.
*Yes, I actually do abandon some posts, and count your blessings, too.

Raoullefere Jones & The Lost Posts of Doom
:-D
-
Well, some things probably are better left unsaid!
-
NO ONE gets off easy.
Dammit. Must... not... make... stupid... comment... !
This is the Internet. EVERYONE makes stupid comments.
-
But there is an unusually high concentration of them in this specific sub-forum.
-
I just made 1 TYPO!
-
...and no one's even mentioned it in 3 days. You really need to crank the paranoia down below 11!
-
You mean the ... costumenoia?
-
Well if I really hate this thread I would have it deleted already. I just pointed that there is not a "unusually high" number of error here. Just one.
-
Don't worry, this one will follow you until the end of the universe.
-
You might consider putting a reference to this incident in your signature.
A simple, everyday typo has spawned a somewhat notoriuos, albeit small scale, internet meme.
Might as well own it, a least get some street cred from it.
What if the guy who invented Rickrolling had actually linked to the video by mistake, and had intended to link to something germaine to the conversation.
What if he then told everybody that it had all been a mistake, then where would we be?
If you act now, you can be forever known as the guy who created 'The Costumer!'
-
Yep. Out of Lamons, make lemonade. :-D
-
How do I put links on the signature?
-
I'm sure they were insured...
aganst acts of Pintsize(?)
Bahaha. What an expensive policy.
-
Example of how to code links:
Description of your link
The white bit is the address you want to link to, the yellow bit is the text that will actually appear in your post, and the black bits tell the forum software what to do. The above example would end up looking like this...
Description of your link (http://www.questionablecontent.net/)
(Edited because my original colour choices looked fine on the dark preview background and crappy on the light grey forum)
