Title: Shadow Complex is $10 on XBLA for Gold members this week

Just in case there are people who don't own it. The story is silly but it's one of the best Metroid games I've ever played and the cream of XBLA's crop. Highly, highly recommended.

For people who don't misuse the verb "own" there is a half-off deal for Torchlight on Steam. Pretty excellent Diablo-type game from the makers of the first two (and apparently the music composer too, unless they got a really great mimic) Plus you can run it on a netbook!

I had 800 points leftover from getting Castle Crashers. Now I have a sweet Metroid-like game with which to distract myself from my girlfriend. Hooray!
