The A-Team. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58wE_7rzj6w)
-
My favorite part of this is when they are falling through the sky in a tank and still shooting people with the turret.
-
hahahahaha
-
I am going to watch this movie is what I'm saying.
-
another of those "grew up on that shit so yes, i have to see the movie no matter how bad it might be" movies. weeee.

It looks like a movie that they had a ton of fun making, at the very least. I'll see it.
-
I just showed the trailer to my wife - since its her birthday I get to take her to the show.
I love it when a plan comes together
-
Then, there was no plan B?
-
There's always a Plan B
-
Usually it's "try plan A again."

Nice.
-
Man this movie is going to be so shitty
I am totally watching this
-
The problem is that I just don't see any of the '80s cheesiness that has gotten it the current cult following. It looks like they are going for a darker tone than the old show.
-
did you watch the trailer at all?

I have such a bittersweet relationship with these kinds of things. On the one hand, my people are making movies now, sweet! On the other hand, my youth is the new classic rock, fuck.

Maybe this isn't all bad, Chuck Dixon's writing some A-Team comics (http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=24395).

That's why I went with dark rather than gritty. They blow up a plane, and I didn't see any ejection. When did they kill a random mook in the show? They make a few hundred bulletholes in sidewalks and the sides of buildings each episode, and they wreck a lot of cars, but they didn't actually kill people. Maybe the original show was only cheesy in retrospect, but that is the only spect I have. Maybe 20 years down the line this will seem just as ridiculous and even family-friendly as the show seems now, but I doubt it.

The show was a live-action cartoon. No one bled or bruised when punched, no one ever died from a hail of gunfire. In fact, they made it a point to show that people were okay, climbing out of flipped cars or a voice saying, "I can't believe we survived that!" It was a farce.
-
Okay, I wanted to make sure my memory was correct. This, well maybe it is a live-action cartoon. But it is more of an adult swim cartoon than saturday-morning WB, if you get what I am saying there.
-
I begrudgingly admit that will most likely enjoy this. God I'm such an easy bastard sometimes.
-
I will only enjoy this film if there is absolutely no death or serious injury. Only fucked up plant pots.
