have gotten really, really huge in the last few strips. I believe she must therefore be pregnant with Sven's love child. Thoughts?

She's put on quite a bit of weight overall since her first appearance...

Of course, that was SEVEN YEARS AGO!!!HOLY!!OLD!CRAP!!!!

Only a few months comic time.  Maybe a year and a half or so? 

But the shifting realism of the drawings of these people doesn't necessarily mean there's a physical change.  I mean really, it's the same Faye as in those first few strips - minus some of the insecurities and violent tendencies.

With hips. 

Personally, I'm perfectly happy to apply a willing suspension of disbeleif, and just appreciate the art for what it is!

I feel like enough time has passed that she would have noticed by now, but then again...time moves at it's own pace in QC.

Another hypothesis: she lost weight everywhere else, making her boobs look bigger by comparison.
