Title: Amir's Last Name?

Hi guys, I'm doing a little project which makes reference to QC, and I'm missing one detail - I don't know Amir's last name. Has Jeph mentioned it anywhere, at any time? I sent him a mail but he's a busy guy so I'm not going to count on an answer.

Nope!  Not once.  Lots of characters have no last name.  I'm pretty sure Steve's last name is still unknown!

Amir's last name is Duran. Evidence: he's a "person of color", and he is older than he looks. It's clear that he just dropped the S from his first name.

For those not getting the reference, I am saying that he is Samir Duran from Starcraft.
