and they were pretty fucking fantastic.

Just for reference, this band is fronted by the lead guitar player for Rooney. Yeah that kind of sprang some red flags in my mind but when we saw them open for Sloan they were fan-fucking-tastic.

What's yr point, David? I liked the band Rooney's first album, and as for THE Rooney? He's a machine. A puttin' the ball in the goal machine.

My two favourites are now "Joy" and "Hourglass". "Hourglass" is fucking intense live.
