Thanks to having to work out who this guy was and who the other corey you referred to is, I know now about the existence of a straight to DVD sequel to The Lost Boys. Choice sentence from wikipedia article:

well as someone who grew up watching this guy's movies, i'm a little disappointed that he never got back on track with his life.

I had no idea he was only thirty-eight. I don't think I realized that the Coreys burnt out that early. Sad, yo.

From wiki ... not really spectacularly great nickname if you think about it.

And The Lost Boys were awesome. But of a shame this.
