To start with:
I just didn't want to see this thread die without a picture of:

Carry on.
This is from the Old Uke Thread. It was over 2 years old so I'm starting a new one, I hope that's ok.
I have a lovely little tenor uke which is currently tuned to C. I've learnt a few songs so far, 5 years Time (Doye.) Lua & Being around, but the site I'm getting chords off doesn't seem to be right on tons of stuff, it's either crazy complicated or over simplfied, with nothing in between.
I have pretty much every chord down so I feel like with practice I could play most chords+strumming songs, but I'm still falling flat.
Any help? Suggestions?
Oh & here is the site I'm mostly using: http://www.chordie.com/?filter= (http://www.chordie.com/?filter=)
It has a transposing thing which is dead good.

Get a grass skirt.
It dramatically improved my ukelelating.

I am not wearing it today.
this thread is already terrible

Thanks? I was asking for advice not internet judgement, was this where I went wrong?
-
yes.
also chordie is pretty much the only website i know of in terms of what you're looking for, i have lots of friends who play uke but i have never played myself so that's the extent of my unhelpfulness.

What do you mean when you say you're falling flat? Sorry, but I guess I'm not sure what you're asking for.
Also, this site is amazing, I had never known of its existence! I was just finding guitar chord sites and then just doing the transposition in my head, which sometimes took a little long.

I'm not really sure what you're asking, but maybe have a look at Ukulele Underground.
