Title: Dora's Tattoo question....

Howdy all.  While I do read QC everyday and have since 100-ish, I am unable to recall where certain events happen and I defer to those of you that seem to pull stuff out of the air in regards to speciic events.  So with that, I have an "event" question.  A while back a couple of college girl's went into CoD talking about getting a tattoo and Dora went off about people who get tattoos just to say "hey look at me I have ink!!!" versus for some deeper/personal meaning.  Does anyone know which number that was?
