Strippers make me pretty uncomfortable so I'd probably just focus on counterstrike until they leave.

Given that it's Counter Strike I would probably turn the computer off and start talking to the lady about some topic of discourse, say the weather or the economic situation, whilst she contorted her body into sexually suggestive positions for my vile amusement.

That's a good point. I've always been more of a Team Fortress guy. Realism is an overrated virtue. Well, except in stripper boobs. Those could afford to be less fake.
