TODAY'S DOONESBURY IS ABOUT MY SCHOOL

(we have zonker harris day in the spring which is when everyone gets stoned and duke day in the fall which is when everyone trips, and they are both music festivals hosted by my old dorm)

(actually we technically aren't allowed to call them "zonker harris day" and "duke day" because the administration doesn't like to be associated with DRUGS but everyone calls them that anyways)

(sorry this is a dumb thread I'm just really excited)

yep.

also, it continues. apparently my friends who were in charge of the festival last year wrote to trudeau last year about how the administration won't let us call it zonker harris day anymore, and this week of strips is about that.

They have Doonesbury in the Guardian, but they skip around so much and miss bits out that I can never quite work out exactly what the strip's supposed to be about or who anyone is (the fact that EVERYONE HAS THE SAME FACE doesn't help). I wish they'd go back to Perry Bible Fellowship, frankly.

Just you
