Long time reader, first time poster.  Well, second, already posted on a thread in main.  Good to be here, please be kind with my jiblets and try not to hurt me too much, I'm fragile.

Now, back to business.  I put on my robe and wizard hat...

They're giblets, though it's a soft g. 

I feed them to my dogs.
