im 26 from Israel a programmer and just joined to say that i love Claire's character!!!
im following QuestionableContenet daily, the only comic i read for so long! probably since the comic is keeping the humor<->plot relation very well!!!

You have discovered my welcome_technocrat_bot script. Damn. Ten thousand lines of spaghetti code, written in FORTRAN. The hard part was coming up with all of the <descriptive_phrases> that describe all of the variations meaning technocrat. :)

When I rehashed the scattered guidance to the forum rules last autumn, I removed the reference to bearhat guy, as I felt it was probably a bit of an in-joke, and not particularly helpful to new people. But for those who want to see it again, the following cartoon is a distillation of forum behaviour that used to cause trouble but has now been pretty-much stamped out:

Usually, unless you bring up something REALLY old, it shouldn't be a problem even if you manage to repeat someone else's post.
