Hey, hey guys, we're easy-going, and a lot of us know each other well; but let's not fall into the ways of olden times and start behaving as if the world outside doesn't exist or doesn't matter!  There are new people too, and people who are lurking, and watching us, and maybe considering joining in, so keep it at least basically fit for public viewing so that we don't put them all off - pretty please?
