Title: Hello out there - there's a noob in the house!
Post by: Morgaur on 03 Sep 2013, 15:51
Hi everyone!
I first found QC about a year ago, and immediately spent seven hours reading it nonstop from the first post. Then I fell asleep. At the keyboard.
Anyway, I am a newbie to the forums.
Obviously.
So... hello!
I said that already, didn't I.

Welcome to the forum. Secure your lug wrench, although that doesn't always work here.

And how far did you get in those seven hours?

it's ok if you say hi repeatedly in your first post. I did that three times! (http://forums.questionablecontent.net/index.php/topic,28766.msg1137659.html#msg1137659)

Umarım öbür hatalarımı tekrarlamazsın.
Forumlara hoş geldin.

I managed to get up-to-date, which was amazing.
What's with the lug wrench anyway?
Uh... I don't speak Welsh, celticgeek, sorry :(
Oops, emoticon.

Hardly anyone speaks Welsh here, and I'm suspicious of Celticgeek. But it's sufficient to copy the phrase and paste it into a translator, fashion a reply and send it back. As for lug wrenches, you'd have to look through the Welcome threads to begin to get a sense of it and its meaning. The fact that Kugai can do it from down under is nothing short of amazing, and we don't begin to understand the technology behind such a feat.

As you were; Kugai understands it. He's probably a lot geekier than I.

こんにちは!私は非常によく日本語が話せません。でも、私は別の言語であなたを迎えるために必要でした。

I still say linking the wiki is just shy of abuse.

Coulda been worse. Coulda linked TVTropes.
