My name is Megan, though my friends generally call me Meilu, which is a combination of my first and middle names... started out as a term of endearment by my sister and it stuck.

I've been reading QC a very long time... it's one of two sites I've made sure to visit every day for the past 7 or 8 years.
I'm trans, work for a hospital as a low level lackey, and have a lot of bad health problems! Go me! I'm mostly a lurker, so if you see me post be gentle. :P
