Title: May's new appearance

Hi - sorry if this has already been discussed at all, but May's new eyebrows look so bizarre to me.  I know the point is she's in a new body but I liked her old look better.  Long time reader, first time whiner.

P.S. I have actually visited Northampton.

Yeah, I find the eyebrows very distracting as part of her look. I thought I'd get used to it, but somehow I haven't yet.

Who knows, maybe there's an AI setting like for Mille's hair that controls eyebrow thickness.

As for Northampton, I've been there a few times, and have even hiked Mount Tom. It's a cool place.

I like her eyebrows, but then I am a fan of women with natural unplucked brows.

I don't mind the look, it makes May stand out and more importantly it helps May pop from her previous chassis.

So am I, but her eyebrows are so... square. Short and broad. It looks a bit strange to me.

Personally, I cannot shake the feeling that May's appearance is deliberately mimicking an animé character (especially the eyebrows). However, I can't put my mental finger on who she is supposed to resemble.

Indeed, she appears to be all of them, distilled down to a singular concentrated form. She just needs a maid costume that is also somehow battle armour.

But I think it might be meant to reference eyebrows like Tsumugi Kotobuki's (https://k-on.fandom.com/wiki/Tsumugi_Kotobuki) from the K-ON! series?

That's the character whose eyebrows May's looked the most like when I searched 'anime characters with shiba eyebrow'.
