The last two weeks Ive been on a CD shopping spree. The reason to this I guess is my new Ipod, enabling me too listen too and bring (all) my music anywhere. Ive bought six CDs so far, wich is much for me, and Im planning on buying two more.
Ive decided two buy one with Placebo and one with Omni Trio, becuase I dont got so much of those kinds of music. However, I dont know wich album too buy in either case, and thats where you guys enter the scene.
Ive got "Sleeping with gosts" by Placebo, and the song I like the most on that album is "Bulletproof Cupid". Is there any album by them that contains more instrumental songs?
The only stuff Ive heard by Omni Trio is the songs on the radiochannel MSX in GTA3. From what album are they? I really like some of the songs played there, especially the more melodic one.
Well, thank you very much for all and any help, and I hope my english isnt to crappy.

not too sure about placebo, but if you want somewhere to start with omni trio, try volume 1993-2003 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00009XH25/ref=ase_discogs-20/103-7150948-4133466?v=glance&s=music), a sort of retrospective / best of. the radio station in GTA is actually from a mix cd released by uk drum and bass label moving shadow (http://www.movingshadow.com/), they stuck an mc over the top though i think. their mix/sampler cds are a pretty good place to start as far as drum and bass goes.
(your english is perfect, btw)

Thank you! Now I have a good place to start.

for placebo it has to be 'without you i'm nothing.' i don't like placebo too much, by that's my favourite cd of theirs. by favourite i mean, if someone was forcing me to listen to placebo, that's the one i'd settle for.

I can't resist posting this:

Molko's dreary voice, it never changes,
Every Placebo song seems to last for ages.

I'm in the basement, trying to get high,
But this bloody song, just makes me wanna cry.

aaaaaahahahahahahahahaaaaa...
actually, I like a fair bit of Placebo, especially their cover of Kate Bush's 'Running Up That Hill'
but damn that's funny.

Hehe, thank-you ^_^
-
khar, you have a pretty good point.

There are about 6-7 of their songs that I like, but the guy has a voice more nasal and whining than Michael Stipe and it gets old a bit quick.
