i saw this game on overcompensating.
i want it.
anyone else own it? is it as good as its concept is?
also, if anyone knows if it released in australia?
this could be as cool as an iron chef game

It is impossible to find in New Zealand; I've never seen it, much less played it.

But from everything I've read, it is fantastic. Quirky and sometimes uniquely Japanese,  but great.

Simple to play, always changing, awesome replay value.  I cant wait for the second one.

Some of the levels are quite hard though.  But that is all part of the fun

Its not available outside of the US and Japan. Otherwise I would have it :-( If they had a EU verion i would have imported it by now.

Best $15 I've ever spent, is what this game is. It's a bit of a brain cooker in some of the levels, though.

this is one of the funnest games I've played in years.  worth way beyond $20.  I'll probably pick up the next one the week it comes out.

I realize this is kind of an old topic, but I just started to play this game and I must say that it is A+.  But one question: am I supposed to go back into the levels that I passed but didn't quite finish?  I mean, does it give you anything extra if you somehow manage to complete the level?

both Katamari Damacy and We <3 Katamari are great games, if you own a PS2 then you must get this game or you are missing out

are they really going to make a game for the DS, I heard that they were only going to make one, titled My Katamari I believe, for the PSP

The PSP version is called Me and My Katamari. I doubt it will be very comfortable. Need 2 analog sticks for that game. We'll see how it turns out though.

I'm almost done the second game... I have to say the "levels" are much more creative in this one.  One of my favorites is when you have to build a giant snowman head.
