something i sketched up in about 30 minutes, i was going for a minimilistic type style. crits and suggestions are appreciated. (too bad i lost the psd :( )

i like it a lot, my only suggestion is smoother edges on the bird if you can manage it

I think the 'stream' is a great colour, but the two little streams in it are a bit too bright, they kinda take away from the bird's reflection, alpha out to 60-80% it's current opacity. The bird's reflection seems to be almost vibrating, I'd suggest lessen the 'soften fill edges' to half the pixel depth(assuming you used Flash) and alpha out the reflection to 50-75% of it's current opacity
Also, to show some depth you may want to use gradient fills to have the fills get darker as it goes off further to the upper right corner.

Just some suggestions

this is a recreation of a CD, its folds in the middle, the right side is the front and the left is the inside.
