I'm looking for mods, models, maps, maybe skins and so on for the following games:
Quake 3
UT2004
Half-Life 2
Preferably less than 15 Mb. Got any suggestions and links? I'm most interested in maps for Quake 3 and UT2004. Anything you'd rate above a 7 out of 10.

First of all, Quake 3 = eww
Otherwise, there are these two mods for UT2k4 called Troopers 2004 which is a Rebels vs Stromtroopers Star Wars game, and Air Buccaneers, which is the most fun you can have in a balloon with a cannon in it...seriously!
For HL2, there is a single player mod called Minerva that just released its first chapter, it's pretty good!
However, i think all of these mods rate as pretty big downloads, so i don't know what you can do about that.

If you can find Excessive Overkil or Invasion mods on UT2004...you'll never leave your chair. I was introdced to EO over at badstreak.com (not an add or plug...just sayin :) ). If you need help setting up the mods or connecting to the servers, Deez (the admin) is always cool to help :)
If you pop by the forums you can also find some maps by some AWESOME mappers over there (mostly Deez and Axeman)

Minerva is fun, but it doesn't take long to finish the first chapter.
Your best bet is Dystopia, because Dystopia eats your babies.
