Title: Good Music - Rediscovered
Post by: EvilDeathBee on 03 Oct 2005, 20:23
I got bored today and decided to go through the CDs laying around. To make a short story long, I started listening to Ben Folds again. I never realized how much of  whiny bitch he is. Still good music, and crazy piano.
Other bands I found again ae Cake and Green Jello. The latter of which, you may not recognise partly because they had to change their name to Green Jelly, and partly because they never got too popular. Also The Dead Milkmen are cool, and unknown.

Anyways, enough blathering, tell me the bands you've re-visited recently.

I revisited Primus sometime last year year. Thank god.

Also, the Dead Milkmen are sometimes pretty cool.

I had "Punk Rock Girl" as the ringtone on my phone for awhile. It is in those same esteemed ranks as "Light & Day," "Do You Realise??" and "Invisible" by Clay Aiken.

I've been listening to Neil Young's 'Everybody Knows this is Nowhere' a lot recently. My flatmate moved home at the start of summer with the disc still in his x-box. Getting it back was a very special day.

I haven't listened to Desert Sessions for a while, and then I heard "Bring it Back Gentle" the other day and I'm now obsessed again, almost.

Bought The Futureheads' debut a while ago. Forgot about it. Started listening to it.

Acapella post-punk owns.

I've been listening to my Bjork CDs after utterly ignoring them for the past two years. Homogenic is one of those albums that's so good it drains you.
