well, i know watching here come the abcs, gigantic and the like in one sitting may not be entirely healthy. but is it just me, or is this screencap from atomic betty's end credits a tmbg reference? perhaps tmbg worked on the series, perhaps they are very good friends of the animating crew, perhaps somebody in the animation department wants to have their babies. in any case, is this an actual tmbg reference?

i only find this similar to tmbg through the hairstyles, the presence of a keyboard and one guy having glasses.

well,t hat's the thing. the end credits are just a series of stills, and i've not yet seen an episode where these characters are featured. (this only compounds my suspicions, because all the other characters in the end credits are the main repeated characters. to have a pair of singularly occurring characters in the series actually appearing there...that's suss)
the song to atomic betty is sung by a female voice (but then again, so is "don't cross the street in the middle") and is just strange enough to possibly be a tmbg-influenced piece.

TMBG has alway seemed to be rather allied to the animation-types.
They have worked with Homestar Runner on a number of occasions
They also put their DR. Worm video on the particularly lovely Nickelodeon show KABLAM! (No longer running)
