Is there any software out there that can be used to burn mpegs as a DVD (playable in dvd players - the type you connect to your TV)???

I have something that does this wonderful thing, Yup. It's called NeroDvD, it plays, and burns! but i got it with my nvidia card so i'm not sure if it's retailly available..might check Limewire?

I know how, but I might get arrested for it.

DVDXCopy does it, me believes. If you can find a copy.
And I believe the Nero suite comes OEM with the cheap shitty burners offered by Fry's Electronics. Oddly.
