Saw them last night at their New York show.
Awesome stuff.
-
They are playing SXSW in Austin, but there's not a snowball's chance in hell that I'll get in. I'm not even gonna try. Plenty of other stuff to see instead.
-
Yay for Mogwai, I'm 90% sure I'm going to see them on the 14th. I'm super excited, but kind of nervous since it's my "first show"
-
For those who have been to see them. Should I bring earplugs?
-
I am green with envy, I'll just have to rock out at home to Mr. Beast.
-
Take earplugs to everything... unless you enjoy Tinnitus.

Holy crapfuck, Takk... for 16 pounds 99? That's really fucking expensive.
Hell, all those prices are expensive. Go online and buy them. Amazon has to be cheaper than that...and even then, Amazon is probably the most expensive online retailer.
-
Today I had the oppurtunity to buy either Happy Songs For Happy People or Government Commission at £13.99 and £12.99 respectively.
In the end, I walked away with Stars-Set yourself on Fire for £7.99.
Next week, Should I pick up HSFHP or GC? I heard GC is the most like Young Team.
Just so you know, GC is a compiliation of live radio sessions.

You little pussy. When you go to see a band play you want to really get into the music. You probably won't fuck your ears up and who cares if you do?
I'm joking, earplugs are important. Admittedly the music doesn't always sound quite as good if you wear them, I went to Steve Vai a while back and through the supporting artist's set I could only hear the bass and the drums because they take away the top end. I'm pretty lucky 'cos my dad's a carpenter and he can get a lot of free earplugs for me from his workplace. Anways, yeah, earplugs are always useful and although I've been a little forgetful about it lately I mostly take them along to any live music.
I'm sorry about the fact that this post is a little irrelevant by the way.
