im trying to coordinate an effort for 99 people across the world to create some sort of street art featuring a red balloon.

so far people are doing things from Australia, Brazil and the US.
i really really want people to want to do this and to think of interesting ways of making a piece of public art featuring a red balloon.stencil, sticker, t shirt etc.
