Thank you.  I was waiting for someone to tell me why I felt kind of let-down by that one.

Well, I thought it was funny. Funnier than Real Life Comics has been in a long, long time, anyway.

Now that I agree with completely.  It wasn't as funny as I wish it were, but it didn't suck, for sure.  Though, there were some bits about the chef school that were funny (falling asleep reading the food service manual was reasonably funny).

Good set-up, but more-than-predictable execution. Too bad - that one seemed to have potential.

I guess I'm just more easily amused that others.

I blame my parents.

On the upside the joke wasn't "I/Greg is SO crazy" or "My friends are SO wacky". I used to like Real Life Comics until I read 5 comics in a row with Greg being wacky as the punchline. So it's nice to see he's experimenting with aiming his jokes outside of his ever shrinking social circle(not a jab at the real Greg's list of friends, just that the cast has shrunken to two and a few hangers on)

It's also better than today's (this one[/ur]).  It had such potential, and then the punch line wasn't funny. (http://www.reallifecomics.com/index.php?do_command=show_strip&strip_id=1643&auth=00000-00000-11111-00000-00000)
