Title: a work of clay(and geekiness)
Post by: Boro_Bandito on 13 Jan 2007, 13:15
Okay, back when I was a World of Warcrack addict, I made a couple things in my art class in high school to reflect it. They've been sitting on my shelf for a while, but I figure, meh. I brought them north to remind me of Texas, so yeah. I don't claim to be skilled, but I think they turned out pretty well.

This first one is a troll, white clay, painted. Not really sure what he was supposed to be, but its more or less just a statue

with a removable head

This next one is actually based off of Native American Storyteller dolls, where it would depict an elder or a mother with a young child or two explaining the mysteries of the universe. I forget which exact culture does this, though its from somewhere in Mexico, I think. So I didn't really pay much attention to my art teacher, so sue me. She was evil.

I can't see the Storyteller very well, but the troll is pretty neat!  Well done, from a girl who can still only make snakes out of clay.
