So, these are some fractals that I worked on a while ago. I have not done some in a quite some time. I might start again sooner or later.
These are relatively big so I'm going to just post the links to the photo-bucket files. ^_^

Fractal art is the basis of using math-matical figures to form an image. <_< htpp://www.Apophysis.org is the program I use. It's free as well. Not the best, but decent for a free program. I always use it to get the core image and colors i want. Then use photoshop ect. to edit too where i like it.
On Learn to fly, I didn't know photoshop well, and I still don't. XD Those are with just OHH pre-set renders for ya! and a little playing around. <_< I'm horrible with photoshop, but i'll do what i can. Thank you for your comments.

They look way unfinished. Think of them as a focus point for an image, they're the main component but they're not the only one. Try adding backgrounds and other things and touch them up so it looks like a whole image.

Be judicious in your application of the background thought. So many fractal artists just go "LOL TIEDYE" and think that making an image eye-bleedingly colourful is equivalent with making it feel full.
-
Yar, I notice they kinda are, except for Learn to fly, which needs some, if not a little bit more editing. Thing is, I'm terrible when it comes to backgrounds. Just being able to make one that fists all together is difficult enough. Not to mention I don't have photoshop anymore to help me with it, or any of my fractals.
Any pointers would be outstanding.
Thank you all.

Can't really give you any pointers beyond:
1. lern 2 photshop: www.good-tutorials.com, etc.
2. lern 2 art: composition, use of colours and all that.
Huge photoshop tip: subtlety. Don't just whack on a few filters, use the filters and other tools to create effects that modify the image in a relevant fashion.

Thanks for the site and such.

Awwwww, you mean I can't be post-modern and say that by randomly uing effects like a n00b actually enhances teh image core itself! SHIT!
