Champions Online is a new superhero MMO from Cryptic Studios, the guys who brought you the fun, but shallow City of Heroes.

Cell shaded?
Fast paced combat?
Create your own arch nemesis?!
Alternate dimensions?!

There is no accounting for how much I want this game.

I was reading about CO in Game Informer today. It looks pretty good. I'm not so sure about how some of the mechanics sound though.

I'm so torn about this game. On one hand, I fucking hate MMOs... On the other hand, it's based off of the Champions system and that's fucking amazing.

I don't know what the fuck to do!

If that's the big thing making you watn to play it, I'd make it a skip. The game isn't actually going to use the HERO system rules, though the 6th Edition of the HERO rules will have Champions Online conversion material in it.
