Title: Well, that's... odd....
Post by: Switchblade on 20 Mar 2008, 05:12
So here's Me, trying to get some university work done, and because it's a 3D modelling assignment, it would a good idea if I had a copy of Zbrush on hand, so I start downloading the 30-day free trial (it's actually a full copy, it just has a time limit). Once it's downloaded, it asks me for my trial key, which I don't have, so I figured it might be part of the Setup Help file that was also attached to the email they sent me.

The installer for ZBrush v3.1 was 35.6 Mb. The setup file for the Help program is 70.1 Mb!

I'm still a little stunned that the help documentation is twice the size of the actual software.

ITT we list other stuff that  is incongruous and odd like my example above.
