Mostly, I just want you (who wouldn't have already) to see this (http://www.xkcd.com/472/).
However, on the off-chance that people around here keep track of these things, are there any other notable instances floating around of humor that has to do with literature?
Another one of my favorites is Book-A-Minute (http://htt://www.rinkworks.com/bookaminute), which has been around for quite some time. There are some clunkers in there, but there are also some gems (http://www.rinkworks.com/bookaminute/b/cummings.shtml).

No, master. It is something ordinary and harmless.

Dude (http://mcsweeneys.net/).
About as much literate as actually literary humor, but funny's funny. Thanks!
This (http://www.mcsweeneys.net/2008/7/30schmelling.html) one had me laughing pretty hard.
Ophelia joined the group Maidens Who Don't Float.

Jasper Fforde anyone?

Especially just about anything he has ever written.

Hah, that xkcd is ace.
I came across a book called Haiku U (http://www.extremely.com/ushgb-index.html) at work the other day, which is "100 great books in 17 syllables". Some of them were pretty hilarious (there are a few excerpts on the website, but they're not really the best ones).

Geoffrey Chaucer, The Canterbury Tales
Pilgrimmes on spryng braecke –
