Title: Usage of Fonts, Brushes, Etc
Post by: J-cob9000 on 07 Mar 2009, 11:55
As some of you may know, I enjoy doing a little bit of web design. I've been using any brushes for the design and any fonts that I could come across. My problem is, could this cause me some legal problems later on down the road?
Can I use "Free for personal use" fonts in web design that is paid for or do I have to use fonts that are for commercial use? What about brushes?
If I have to use these, can someone direct to me some fonts and/or brushes that are free to use for commercial use?

Sorry to be awful and bump this but I can't find the answer anywhere else and would like an answer soon-ish.

Sorry and thanks.

I'll assume that "Free for commercial use" is allowed.

Just don't use brushes.
I don't usually, unless they look really good in the design.

Comic Sans, Papayrus and Hobo are the BEST fonts to use.

Well, I'm glad that someone other than myself thinks that. That's like, all I use.
