If it's got less than 500 listeners it's worth hearing. Otherwise, GO JOIN LADY GAGA, YOU MAINSTREAM FUCKTARDS

LastFM play count, the ultimate signifier of quality.

This was not what I meant at all. I just found it surprising that a band that there's been like, three whole threads about on this forum would be so obscure, it just seems like a curious thing! Like it is a particular obsession of dudes here and on Electrical Audio maybe?

hmmm mayhaps we should upload some of their albums to get those less familiar with said band up to speed, eh?

I've been burned by tommy too many times (okay, just one time).
I remember it distinctly, he said "hey, there's this great band called Silkworm"

Never. Again.

At least one member of the band posts on EA.

last.fm only logs plays on your computer (and ipod) so it's not surprising that a band who probably get listened to on actual record a lot don't have a ton of plays

So they're like a vinyl collectors sort of band?
Title: Re: .22, a haiku
Post by: KharBevNor on 28 May 2010, 22:40
I actually download all the albums I have on vinyl and play them silently on my computer whilst I listen to vinyl so my last.fm is accurate.
