The link won;t load from here but I have to wonder what the record label thinks of this.

I'll take a shot in the dark and say the record company is unhappy about it.

Sorry bro, this guy is too black to foster discussion here.

You gotta fool people. Like "Oh hey it's the british Courtney Love", "Oh hey the Wavves guy is making rap music" etc.

I downloaded a few of the zips, but I don't really know what to say about them. I mean it's great for it to be all out there but it's kind of a lot to process.

Wiley's partially responsible for one of my favorite dance tracks of the last several months (a remix of "Never Be Your Woman") so despite my ignorance of his greater body of work anything new from him always grabs my ear.

I'm not particularly interested because I don't really like grime.

One hundred and eighty tracks is one hell of a lot. Are they finished or works in progress or what? I only really picked up on Wiley when See Clear Now blew up but I'll definitely be digging through all this slowly but surely.

I haven't worked through too much of it yet, but they sound finished but not necessarily mastered. Quality-wise they're uneven as hell, but there are some really solid tracks in the set.

Oh shit that was Wiley? That was really very good. Heard it in a mix, didn't catch a tracklisting.

I hated that track. You can't have Your Woman being sung by a woman! It wasn't even funny, unlike when Wiley and Tinchy Stryder decided to do Uptown Girl.

I like Wiley though, it doesn't get much better than Roll Deep on their good days (though I'd always rather hear Riko, Flow Dan, Scratchy or Skepta spitting on a track than Wiley). I'll have to grab these tracks when I've got some time to sort the wheat from the chaff.
