totally a newbie here, and feeling very lost, no idea how it works and can't find an help on how to download from the music forum, can't get the links to work, any help?

and an into to me, is i'm irish, 28, an artist and very shy/laid back about everything

Also the download instructions are on the first page and should be reposted at the top (or near there) of each new page.
