Well, go look at the front page. I guess Jacques is giving it a go. Thoughts?
Note that I haven't actually listened to any of his/their work, I just thought I'd start the thread.

I like vocals in my metal. Other than that ... I hope he has fun. And profit.
-
I'm looking forward to this album and I backed it!
The reached sum (which is still rising) may be enough to hire a real drummer? I'd really appreciate that and I'd give that prio over the Vinyl production.
Hey Jeph, give us drummers a track exported without drums? And the clicktrack as extra file. Just for kicks(no pun intended)? :D
-
I supported Jeph's kickstarter, and metal is pretty far away from my musical tastes.

Not even fucking close.
-
Generally I prefer blues to metal, but Jeph's other efforts have found their place on my playlists. Making the decision to back this was easy.

It's a sign.. it's currently at "$44,666 pledged of $9,500 goal". Jeph has the full support of Hell now... lol
Even if you don't like metal. I suggest going to the Deathmøle bandcamp site, going to the Permanence album (http://deathmole.bandcamp.com/album/permanence) and listening to "Snow in Sun". Give it one whole listen and you'll love it.
I've had that song on repeat for quite a while.... I love that echo-y guitar part.. it makes it so relaxing and lets your mind wander to a creative world.
-
Hells yeah we're going to get Marten's butt for sure
-
I'm not really fond of the Deathmole material, but if I weren't broke I'd have kicked Jeph a few bucks.
-
Re. your avatar: Are you an EVE player?
-
Okay everybody stop donating; we don't want Jeph to implode.

I wish he still had his old song "5 AM" from several years ago hosted somewhere. In fact I really just wish he'd write more of that kind of stuff. But I'm glad he's happy and making stuff he likes. And I'm happier that he's getting incredible support from his fanbase, musical and comic...al. Good for him!
