Faye Whitaker - Carrie Fisher
I'll bite...
Marten Mark Hamill
Pint-size Gilbert Gottfreid
Claire Molly Ringwald
William Shatner as the Shame Orb. Because Shatner.
John Oliver as John Ellicott-Chatham.Christopher Lloyd might be a better fit for him. (Great Scott!)
Too bad James Doohan isn't still with us; we could go the Filmation route: He does all the male character voices, Nichelle Nichols does all the female character voices.
It could work. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EK4j88PvLyg)IT COULD WORK!
Also Sven would be Robert Pattinson. I think he could get that vibe.
Wil - John de Lancie (due to the requirement of Large Ham)
Mel Blanc is all the voices!Too bad James Doohan isn't still with us; we could go the Filmation route: He does all the male character voices, Nichelle Nichols does all the female character voices. And Mel Blanc for the AI's?
As far as actual voice actors go Tara Strong as Faye. It would be perfect she was Raven in Teen Titans for cripes sake.I'm imagining what it would be like to have Tara Strong voice our Raven. It's just incongruous enough that it might actually work...
Claire - Marina Sirtis
Cher... ####, why didn't I think of that?Because I am fabulous. Also, even if you did, you can't use her for this. Cher is the legally registered property of the gays. She's kind of like privately traded stock, owned exclusively by homosexuals. I can use her. You can't!
Now that I have found this thread again (Thank you! Thank you! Oh, thank you!), I will say who the voice of Bubbles must be.
Helen Mirren.
That is all. :-D
I'm going to start with:
Bubbles: Gwendoline Christie
Someone need to make a spreadsheet of this because I am loosing track already.
Come to think of it, didn't we do this sometime in the past already or did I step into a time loop again? :psyduck:
We've done this before. Notice the dates on page 1 of this thread.

- Momo: [...] Hatsune Miku*[...]
It just hit me who would be the perfect voice for Hanner's Dad.
David Tenant.
HmmmmmNot to my knowledge, but her voice and delivery for Seven of Nine would fit quite well.
Has anyone thought/mentioned Jerri Ryan for Bubbles voice?
If she has any accent, I would expect Brun to sound German, not British. Of course she may have been born here in America to German parents for all we know.
Well, unless you get someone like me who's picked up all sorts of things from all over the place. Like "spiffy" when something's good, "ai-ya" for exasperation, and "gewalt" (sp?) when I'm angry and frustrated.
...No idea how or where I picked up 'gewalt', but I say the 'g' with a voiced palato-alveolar sibilant (/ʒ/) for some reason. Probably because I'm usually clenching my jaw when I say it.
This thread was how I first discovered these forums existed, because I searched "Gilbert Gottfried yelling bird" to see if anyone else had that idea too.Good question.
Has anyone ever attempted a fan-made QC animated show or radio play? If anyone attempts something like that I'd want to audition for it... I think I could read for Dora or Brun

I'm going to have to disagree with Cree Summer for Renee. That would be too weird, honestly. She's a tad overexposed and I don't think she belongs in the QC universe.Disclaimer: I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with you - just throwing this out there.
I just feel like I've heard her voice absolutely everywhere to the point where it's time to bring in someone new. She has literally voiced every character for the last 20 years, it seems like. I exaggerate, but I kinda want a mix of comedians/actors, less so people like Billy West, for example, who have done tons and tons of voice work.Yes, but can you really tell when it's Billy West? He voices nearly half the male cast of Futurama including scenes of 3 or 4 characters talking all of whom are voiced by him. Scott McNeil got to do the same thing for Beast Wars (Rattrap, Dinobot, Silverbolt, and Quickstrike in the good BW series).
Guys...Brun isn't German. lol. Stop. How do you know? Her ancestry has never been discussed in the comic, and "Brunhilde" is a distinctly Germanic name.

FWIW, I met a girl just a week ago who was born and raised in Michigan - about the same age as Brun, in fact. She's a waitress at a restaurant, so we had a chance to chat. She has an everyday American first name. She's never even been to Germany. However, because both of her parents moved here from Germany as adults, and they speak predominantly German in their home, she has a very heavy German accent herself.Guys...Brun isn't German. lol. Brun strikes me as American, not German.
The USA was largely settled by the Germans, so that kind of shoots that sentiment in the foot.Guys...Brun isn't German. lol. Stop. How do you know? Her ancestry has never been discussed in the comic, and "Brunhilde" is a distinctly Germanic name.
