The weekday Garfield has been pulled from the L.A. Times.
I bet this is the first of many to come...
Prehaps it is a sign of the chaning views of comics nowadays...

Can't say I'm too sad. It is a bit of a classic, I used to read it when i was a kid... but it's not really funny anymore.

I feel sorry for Guy Endore-Kaiser and Rodd Perry... they will forever be known as "The guys who made that comic that pushed Garfield out."

My favourite all-time Garfield strip was this one where Odie was pressed up against a window. It was hilarious. I can't remember much else about it because it would be about 17 years since I last saw that particular strip.

That guy sure has alot of passion misdirected. Or so it seems. Didn't someone post something that fellow typed up about vegetarians a long long time ago? I can easily picture him in a field yelling at a rock.
